While Easter is celebrated on a different day every year, it will be celebrated for the first time on April 17, 2022.

Easter is a joyous festival, and Palm Sunday, the Sunday before Easter, commemorates Jesus’ entrance in Jerusalem. Easter Vigil is a religious service held by many denominations in the late hours of Saturday, while non–religious celebrations include the tradition of Easter eggs, which signify fertility and birth, and the Easter bunny, who gives chocolates and sweets to children on Sunday morning.

Chocolate egg consumption, on the other hand, is a relatively new habit that began in France and Germany in the nineteenth century. Like Father Christmas, who provides gifts to good children, the Easter Bunny brings chocolates to good boys and girls. The now-famous Easter rabbit originated in Germany and was originally mentioned in 17th-century German literature.

Easter gifts include chocolate-filled eggs and brightly painted eggs with treats inside. As the celebrations occur after a 40-day lent period, people choose to release their purse strings and splurge over the Easter weekend. A treasure hunt, such as looking for Easter eggs, and activities like egg rolling and egg decorating are examples of non-religious Easter traditions.

Easter Eggs have hidden messages or pop culture references in films, video games, and other forms of media. This is because Easter eggs are designed to resemble the Easter egg hunt that takes place during the festival. It’s possible that these are concealed messages, characters, or images. It’s as if the software programmers or directors have a tiny secret that they want to impart yet keep private. Looking for Easter eggs is a fascinating and intriguing exercise because it usually reveals more about the character or plotline.
